International orders will vary depending on local customs protocols and timelines. We send all orders via AusPost international express which is via air freight always. From our experience, the following time frames can be used as a guide:
- Europe: 10-15 business days
- North America: 10-15 business days
- Asia: 5-10 business days
- New Zealand: 5-10 business days
Once international orders have landed in their destination country, we are unable to determine how quickly a parcel will pass through customs and get to you via the local postal service. The best way to stay informed is to follow the tracking provided by us at the time of dispatch.
Any of the above information should be used as a guide only. You can count on us keeping you in the loop every step of the way including any relevant tracking info. Thank-you for supporting our small business.
