Closing returns policy

*** Please read very carefully*** all sales are final as we enter our closing down period. There are no exchanges, returns or refunds on any sale or full price items. That includes both domestic and international orders.

We recommend choosing carefully to avoid disappointment as there will be no exceptions, so please get in touch at info@shoptexasjane.com if you have any questions regarding sizing, fit, fabric etc.

Faulty items, if unable to be replaced or repaired first will be subject to a refund. Return shipping costs will be covered by the store in this instance.

Gift Vouchers

No further gift vouchers will be issued prior to the 18th of December. Please ensure that you use your gift card prior to close of business. If you are unable to use your gift card online, please reach out to us and we will assist you in rectifying.
